Nortoft Day Centre

We understand the needs of older people with mild to severe dementia and provide a range of day care services in a friendly and safe environment. We work with people who live in post code areas BH1, 5, 6, 7 and 8 to help them stay as independent as they can. We offer a varied programme of activities, but also recognise that you may like to have quiet time as well.
