Green Flag Award winner since 2006
Covering an area 1.19 Hectares this is a real community facility in the middle of the West Howe area of Bournemouth. The facilities within and layout of the park were chosen and designed in partnership with the residents of the local area. The park continues to be managed in partnership with a local community group.
The site offers a great chance to get active for visitors of all ages and interests with a street style skate park with steps rails and small ramps for Skateboarders and BMXers. An enclosed multi use ball games area for playing football and basketball along with a children's play area. There is also a cafe located in the Sure Start Nursery building and a picnic area for relaxing in.
