Town Centre Office Development Sites
The Lansdowne, close to the Wessex Way and located between the town centre shopping area and Bournemouth rail station, is the main commercial area of Bournemouth. There are two sites offering a total of 13,000 sq metres of multi-storey office accommodation.
 
Aviation Park, Bournemouth Airport, Christchurch
Situated just to the north of Bournemouth within the Borough of Christchurch, the airport site offers approximately 80 hectares for office, light industrial and warehouse usage. The airport has already attracted around 140 major companies employing 2,500 people.
 
 
Commercial rents
 
A perception of modest UK growth prospects has limited the amount of speculative development.  However, for companies thinking of relocating into the area, commercial rents in Bournemouth are very competitive.
