Bournemouth Borough Council spends over £100 million each year on a wide range of goods and services. There is a great deal of competition for the Council’s business and we have a statutory duty to procure the most cost effective solution and achieve the best possible value for money. To achieve this, the Council has embedded best practice procurement processes into the way it conducts business with suppliers and potential suppliers.
