Prior to phoning or filling in the form below, please check for the defective light or sign number (This can be found on the column, usually 5 to 6 feet off the ground facing the road) and the road name.

Please be patient and wait for about 5 working days for the light to be attended. Generally speaking, most faults will be repaired during this time, but some faults may require more time to rectify. If you would like to be contacted with feedback regarding the fault & repair, please indicate so on the form.
