Performance Management remains a key priority for corporate improvement within the Council. The Council’s approach to performance management and continuous improvement is based upon a framework that clarifies the connections between policy and priority setting with more transparent links between the Community Plan, the Corporate Plan and Service Plans.
As part of the framework we have identified how accountability works under the new political & management structure and the planning, monitoring and corrective action.The full performance management framework is under construction and will be posted here when available
