The Benefits Office enquiry counter is open:

Monday to Thursday from 9.00 am to 4.30pm
and on Friday's from 9.00 am to 4.00pm

A benefits advisor is also available from 9.00am to 1.00pm on Tuesdays at The Kinson Neighbourhood Shop, 1599-1601 Wimborne Road, Kinson for verification of documents and other enquiries. An appointment system is operated - call 01202 451584 between 9.00am & 4.45pm to enquire about a 10 minute appointment.

The Benefits Office telephone enquiry line is open:

Monday to Thursday from 8.30 am to 5.00pm
and on Friday's from 8.30 am to 4.15pm
