The Urban Renewal & Design Team seeks to encourage positive change and regeneration in the Borough.

The team offers advice on large corporate projects, takes an important interest in large development schemes, produces guidance for key areas of change such as Exeter Road and for Council land which is to be developed, and also produces general design guidance for use by anyone involved in the development of land.
