Calling all children and young people - on your marks, get set, go! down to a Bournemouth Library near you and exercise your mind with this year's sport-themed Summer Reading Game.
We already have 3,557 children playing the game and 519 have already completed it!

Poetry competition
In partnership with Bourne Free, Bournemouth's annual lesbian and gay Pride Festival and to tie in with the National Year of Reading 'Rhythm and Rhyme' theme for July, we are launching a celebratory Poetry Competition to write a poem of LGBT interest.
