What happens if the application is refused?
Delegated Decisions on planning applications are those dealt with by the Director of Planning & Transport Services under delegated powers . Decisions notices can be found on the Planning Applications Register.
Please follow the link for more information regarding the Planning Board / Committee. Please note that applications after 1 April 2002 were determined by the Planning Board, prior to 1 April 2002, applications were determined by the Planning Committee. Decisions notices can be found on the Planning Applilcations Register
