The range of services we provide for adults includes:
Support for older people including help to maintain independence and at home, day care, night care, short care breaks, help and advice on alternative housing options and support for carers.
Services for people with disabilities including specialist advice, occupational therapy services daily living skills, equipment, adaptations services to ensure patients' safe discharge from hospital. Supported Placement Scheme matches people with disabilities with employers and provides continuing support. Dorset Enterprises, sheltered workshop producing range of traditional quality wood-based products. Day centre for people with disabilities, welfare benefits advice, support to carers.
Specialist services for people with problems of mental health, including day centres, interim care, long term mental health support. Addictions & substance misuse problems, support for carers.
