A controlled parking scheme is a street or area where parking is organised in order to help residents park their vehicles. They are provided in areas where vehicles not belonging to residents would otherwise make this difficult. The zone is shown by signs in each road.
If you would like your road to be considered for a residents parking zone you should write or email to the following address giving as much detail as possible.

If you live in the Winton Resident Parking Scheme Zone you may apply on line. If you would like to apply for a permit or renew your existing permit please see below.
For other resident parking scheme areas please contact the telephone number below for an application form.
Residents and businesses in Kemp Road, Melville Road and Stanfield Road may apply for a permit. Each permit currently costs £50.00
Residents may apply for up to two Residents permits and one Visitors permit.
