The Food Safety Team enforce food legislation and offer advice and guidance on food safety to local businesses. It strives to ensure that food and drink intended for sale for human consumption, which is produced, stored, distributed, handled and consumed within the borough is without risk to the health or safety of the consumer.
We have launched a food safety award scheme for businesses.
You can view particular business and their scores at the Scores on the Doors website.
