Careline staff are fully trained and will answer your call in a professional and efficient manner to provide the appropriate assistance.

Applying for a Careline
Careline is available to people who live in the BH postcode area. Whatever their age, disability or health issues.

Installing a Careline
Installing a Careline alarm is quick and easy. We just need an active phone line and a spare mains plug socket. We also have battery operated and mobile alarm units available if required. We can install your Careline and have it up and running in a matter of minutes. Your existing phone line is not affected.
Bournemouth Careline is regulated by the Telecare Services Association (TSA).
