Leaseholders can report repairs that need doing to the communal areas of their homes on our freephone number 01202 123200.
All our leasehold properties are insured. The premium is included in your annual service charge. Your insurance policy documents will be sent to leaseholders every year in April.
If you need to make a claim on your insurance, please call the leasehold management officer on 01202 458348 to request a claim form. The cover is buildings insurance only and does not cover home contents. You should arrange your own separate home contents insurance.
Understanding and paying service charges
Your estimated statement will give you all the details you need to understand your service charges. Management charges are calculated according to the type of flat you live in and our level of involvement with it.
We also offer flexible payment options for service charges. You may be entitled to a mandatory or discretionary loan to help you cover the cost. If you are having difficulty paying we will assess your situation and tell you how to get help managing your money.
