Coronavirus (COVID-19): change to service

On advice from the government regarding the coronavirus (COVID-19), we have changed the way we are delivering our services. Housing services can still be accessed, but we will not be providing face to face contact.

We want everyone in Bournemouth to have a home. That’s why we have lots of housing advice and services, including help for people who are homeless. We help people find and look after the home they need.

Help with Housing 

We can help you with housing, whether it’s council housing or a private tenancy. We give support and can provide advice about your housing related concerns.

Apply for Council Housing 

You can go on the waiting list for council housing by joining the housing register.

Your Council Tenancy 

As a council tenant, you have some responsibilities. We offer help and advice on your tenancy. We can also help you with your rent.


We help landlords in Bournemouth by putting them in touch with tenants and giving them advice.
