Coronavirus (COVID-19): change to service
On advice from the government regarding the coronavirus (COVID-19), we have changed the way we are delivering some of our services.
Our focus remains on providing:
- emergency repairs
- supporting the elderly and vulnerable
- urgent housing management advice
- help and advice on paying your rent

If you would like to check when your boiler is due to be replaced call us on Freephone 08000 281870.
When the time comes for us to renew your boiler please make sure:
- We can have access to your property between 8am and 5pm on the selected day (we may stay later to complete the job but only if it’s convenient for you)
- Any pets are kept away from the working area
- Children are supervised and kept away from the working area
- The working area is clear of valuables and pictures. We will bring dust sheets to protect the floor.
Once the new boiler is fitted the engineer will explain the controls to you. Please keep the user instruction booklet for future reference.
