The Tenancy and Neighbourhoods Panel (TANP) ensure new tenants are satisfied with the processes involved during their move into their new home.
The TANP consider various customer care issues, including complaints, compliments and expressions of dissatisfaction. They also look at how the service can improve by learning from tenants.
The Panel usually has an input into new housing management policies. We also monitor various aspects of the way your homes and neighbourhoods are managed.
