Tenancy and Neighbourhoods Panel
The Tenancy and Neighbourhoods Panel (TANP) ensure new tenants are satisfied with the processes involved during their transition into their new home.
They consider various customer care issues, including complaints, compliments and expressions of dissatisfaction, and how the service can improve by learning from them.
The Panel usually will have an input into new housing management policies and will also monitor various aspects of the way your homes and neighbourhoods are managed by us.
