Protecting Adults from Abuse

During the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, we have made changes to our services for vulnerable adults to make sure that they are both effective and safe.

Some adults may be at risk of being abused. If you think someone is being abused, call us or Dorset Police.

What Abuse Means

Abuse takes many forms. This includes not offering someone food or clothing and giving someone the wrong medicine.

About The Safeguarding Adults Board

The Bournemouth, Christchurch & Poole Safeguarding Adults Board works to protect vulnerable adults. The Board meets quarterly.
