Any births, deaths or marriages which occur in Bournemouth should be registered with us. We hold records of all these events which have occurred within the Borough since 1837. The Town Hall is a popular destination for weddings and civil partnerships. We also hold citizenship ceremonies.

Death registrations will be conducted by telephone.

Please contact the General Register Office if your request is urgent or call 0300 1231837
