Provider Update Reminder
If you haven’t already done so, it’s time for you to check and confirm/update as necessary, the details we hold about your provision to ensure they are correct. To do this please log into the Provider Portal by Tuesday 19 November. Your details are pre-populated so you just need to check them, make any changes and submit.
The information is used to promote your services to parents, carers and professionals via the Children’s and Family Information Services, the Family Information Directory and childcare searches on all our associated websites. We have a statutory duty to ensure the information on our directories is correct and if we don’t receive confirmation of this we’ll need to make your details non-public in the next few weeks.
If you need help, please email Claire Lawrence or call 01202 261917 for Christchurch and Poole. For Bournemouth email or call Early Education Funding 01202 096660 and we’ll be happy to ‘walk’ you though the process.
Thank you for your co-operation.
Changing your Payment Schedule
If you wish to change your payment schedule please email your funding team before 15 December. You have a monthly or a twice termly option. Further details can be found in the Early Education Funding Delivery Guide.
Starting 30 Hours whilst in a Grace Period
30 hours codes can be applied for up to four months prior to a child’s 3rd birthday. On occasion this causes the end date of the code to be before the start date of the funding period – these codes must be renewed prior to starting a funded place with you. Children will not be eligible if they start with you within a Grace Period. See page 19 of the Portal Guide – in the example shown a child could not start funding in January unless the parent has renewed the code. Check a codes date on the portal using the Eligibility Checker.
