The Childcare Sufficiency Assessment for 2018 has been published and can be viewed on our website.

Winter Readiness Pack for Schools and Nurseries

Public Health England have produced guidance containing documents to help you prepare to avoid and contain illness over the winter months at your setting.

New Guidance for Childminder Assistants

There is new Guidance for childminder assistants, people living or working with a childminder (such as cleaners), committee members and other people associated with Ofsted registered childcare.

UK Road Safety Week 2018

Educators are being encouraged to register for UK Road Safety Week 2018 (19-25 November). Coordinated by charity Brake, the Week is a great opportunity to engage children of all ages with road safety by using free resources on this year’s theme Bike Safe.

Safeguarding Information

Level 3 Multi Agency Safeguarding Training

This update training is relevant to anyone who has completed the LSCB Level 3 Safeguarding Course and is an opportunity for childminders and other childcare providers to complete their level 3 multi agency training. It will be run on Saturday 17 November at the Riviera Hotel, book now.
