New Provider Update Form
To ensure consistency across BCP Council, we have introduced a new and simplified Provider Update Form. This form is held in the Provider Portal (used for your funding payments) and used to promote your service to parents and carers.
Please can we ask that you log into the Provider Portal by Friday 15 November to update any details which may have changed and ensure those we hold are correct.
If you have any difficulties or require any assistance with this, please do not hesitate to email or call Claire Lawrence on 01202 261917 for Christchurch and Poole. For Bournemouth email or call Early Education Funding 01202 456231 who will all be happy to ‘walk’ you though the process. Thank you kindly.
Estimate Payments for the Spring 2019
The portal will be open from 4 November for all providers to start sending their Estimate Payments claims for the Spring Term 2020.
Claiming Early Years Pupil Premium – EYPP
Do you have a child in your setting or care that’s possibly entitled to Early Years Pupil Premium (EYPP)?
EYPP is additional funding for early years providers to enhance the education they provide for disadvantaged 3 and 4 year olds. Using a parent/carer declaration and with their authorisation view here and make a check. Alternatively the parent/carer may wish to complete the application themselves. If eligible the funding will be added to the child’s portal record along with the deprivation supplement where required, boosting the funded hours income by up to £1.06 per hour.
