Making A Complaint About DACT Services

There's a range of options:
- direct to the service you want to complain about (ask them about their complaints process - they may have a leaflet about this)
- through an independent advocate
- online complaints form
- in writing to :

If you are a provider who has a concern or complaint about another provider within the Bournemouth Treatment System (or other service funded by public funding for a Bournemouth resident) please contact the Commissioner. The Commissioner will liaise with the Complaints Manager.
If you are a provider who has a concern or complaint regarding the Commissioner or individuals employed by the Commissioner, please contact the Complaints Manager at Bournemouth Borough Council.
