Equality Impact Needs Assessments (EINAs) make sure that policies and services affect everyone in the same way. They help with decision-making and highlight issues that are possibly being overlooked.
Discrimination isn’t always obvious (like name-calling). It can be unintentional, for example workplace systems that are not accessible to everyone.
