What to do if you have lost your bus pass or had it stolen

I’ve lost my pass

Tell us straight away so we can arrange a replacement. You’ll need to pay £8.00 and we’ll post your new pass to you.

It can take up to 10 working days for it to arrive.

My pass was stolen

Report it to the police and get a crime number. Then, contact us and give us the crime number so that we can arrange a free replacement for you.

It can take up to 10 working days for it to arrive.

My pass is damaged 

If there is visible damage i.e. a crack or it is physically broken there will be an £8 charge. If the pass is not working and there is no visible damage then please bring the pass into the customer contact centre so we can inspect it, if we agree there is no viable damage we will order a free of charge replacement.
