Bus Pass Renewal
You should receive a new bus pass automatically. If you have a bus pass because of a medical condition, we will check that you still need it
We process your new bus pass to you up to 14 days before your existing pass expires.
If you haven't received your new pass a week before your existing pass runs out, please get in touch with us.
Let us know as soon as you change address so that we can update your records. If you don't tell us, and we order a renewal pass with your old address, you will have to pay £8 to have a new pass ordered to your correct address.
If your pass is issued on medical grounds we'll write to you and ask to see medical evidence to show that you still need your pass before we can renew it. If you require a companion we need to see medical evidence.
